The beach themed decor will put you on island time the second you walk in, contact me with any questions you may have! • Wonderfully located duplex bungalow, you will have full access to the private left side • If this unit is booked when you are looking, see our other listing for the right side • If interested in booking both sides please don't hesitate to message for a special rate • Check in process is extremely easy with a customized door code • We take pride in the cleanliness of our beach home • Nice queen size air mattress available if needed • Washer & Dryer with detergent provided • Sheets and bath towels will be provided, please bring your own beach towels. • Less than a 5 minute walk to the beach • 1 mile to Pier Village • The location is so good that you could go your entire stay without moving your car. You can easily walk to several restaurants (Crab Daddies, Crab Trap, Beachcombers BBQ, the market, liquor store, beach access, and more). Island activities include: Beach, Golf, Fishing, Paddle boarding, Kayaking, Biking, excellent shopping, restaurants, movie theater, etc.

Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space and tenants on the other side with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but we don't live on-site.

St. Simons locations don't get much better than this! When you walk out the front door you can take a quick right turn and stroll to the beach, and several great restaurants. If you take a left you will be headed to the pier village less than a mile down the road! I want you to come visit our beach bungalow! Tell me what I can do to host you on your trip : )

We stayed only one night at Kyle’s place but felt right like at home. Walkable distance to the beach, fully equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. Host was responsive and allowed us to have slightly earlier check in. Thank you 😊

We were on the tail end of a 2 week family vacation and needed a place to stop on a final push from the mid Atlantic to Florida. We usually opt for a overpriced off I 95 close to a Waffle House, Starbucks and fuel kind of place. I booked this home as a 2 night reward for a 10 hour drive and as a finale to our vacation. I am so happy we did, this is by far the best property I have booked on airbnb. So clean, well laid out, tons of amenities and supplies. I felt like I was really a guest in a real home and not and IKEIA furnished student apartment slap dashed together with mom and dads old and unwanted items and utensils. There was a binder and magazines with local maps, eateries, shopping and emergency information. The beach house was appointed more like an upscale resort, maybe better. We can’t wait to take our family back to St Simons and hopefully this property.

I really enjoyed this Bungalow. It’s right where you want to be on the island - in walking distance to great food like Fiddlers or the K&P resort. It was extremely clean when I arrived, and everything was easy to manage (wifi, laundry, bathroom, etc). I was here for a work event, but this would be a great spot for a couple, a family, or another solo traveler like myself. Tons of space and, again, it is in a perfect spot. The hosts were very quick to respond w any questions I had and run a tight ship. It’s also priced incredibly well for what you’re getting. 10/10 highly recommend.

This is one of the better Airbnb’s we have stayed at over the years. This place is clean and attractive; the beds are comfortable; the location is excellent; and it is stocked with extras like bikes, beach chairs, batteries and extra TP (thank you!). It is such a pleasure to stay at a place where the host clearly cares and wants your stay to be enjoyable. Did I mention this place was very clean? We so appreciated the clean couches, floors and bathroom. I would absolutely stay here again!

This was our first time in St. Simons and Kyle's place was perfect. We could walk to the beach and some really good restaurants. It was also a short car ride to the south end for shopping, more food, the pier and the lighthouse. A huge plus for me was the firm yet comfortable bed. (My back thanks you!) Also worth noting, the quality of the TP was much appreciated and there was extra toiletries for us to use. We enjoyed our time on the island and hope to return soon. Thanks Kyle for hosting us!

What a great spot! So close to a lot of good restaurants, a 5 min walk to the beach, a mile walk to the pier and shopping. The rooms are nice a dark for perfect sleep, and a really big living room and kitchen area. An absolute gem!!

The bungalow was so beautiful and felt homey ! We weee just a walk away from the beach and also the local seafood place. I will advise that if you want to eat at crab daddy’s then you need to call and make a reservation! They book up really fast! It is the perfect place to bring bicycles and there are bikes available or for rent as well as golf carts if needed. We also recommend driving to Jekyll island which is only a short drive . There is a $10 toll fee to get on the island but driftwood beach is worth every penny! There is also a village with shopping, bait,and delicious food on Jekyll! We can’t wait to come back!

Spacious and comfortable - had everything we needed for a week long stay. Beautiful and thoughtful touches everywhere. Beachy and chill vibe. Excellent location - we were able to easily walk to beaches, restaurants, and shops. We loved the brewery just a block away. Peaceful and quiet at night - best sleep we’ve gotten in a long time. We will absolutely be back to St. Simon’s and hope to stay at Kyle’s place again.

Wonderful place to stay. Easy access to the lighthouse, town center and the beach. Perfect location and it was quiet. Very peaceful! Easy to get to and great communication. The place had everything we needed. Thank you!
