The beach themed decor will put you on island time the second you walk in, contact me with any questions you may have! • Wonderfully located duplex bungalow, you will have full access to the private left side • If this unit is booked when you are looking, see our other listing for the right side • If interested in booking both sides please don't hesitate to message for a special rate • Check in process is extremely easy with a customized door code • We take pride in the cleanliness of our beach home • Nice queen size air mattress available if needed • Washer & Dryer with detergent provided • Sheets and bath towels will be provided, please bring your own beach towels. • Less than a 5 minute walk to the beach • 1 mile to Pier Village • The location is so good that you could go your entire stay without moving your car. You can easily walk to several restaurants (Crab Daddies, Crab Trap, Beachcombers BBQ, the market, liquor store, beach access, and more). Island activities include: Beach, Golf, Fishing, Paddle boarding, Kayaking, Biking, excellent shopping, restaurants, movie theater, etc.

Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space and tenants on the other side with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but we don't live on-site.

St. Simons locations don't get much better than this! When you walk out the front door you can take a quick right turn and stroll to the beach, and several great restaurants. If you take a left you will be headed to the pier village less than a mile down the road! I want you to come visit our beach bungalow! Tell me what I can do to host you on your trip : )

This was our second stay at Kyle's place. Once again, check-in was easy, the property was very clean, and it was well-stocked with necessary items (towels, toilet paper, kitchen items, etc) It was a great place for two friends who live far apart to sit and catch up with each other and to go out & about on the island. Plenty of restaurants nearby. If Kyle's place is available the next time we travel to SSI, this is where we will stay again.

My daughter and I loved Kyle's place. It was beautiful and well kept. Just right for us to relax and close enough to check out the area. Had a problem with the internet and Kyle came over and fixed it. He was very responsive and very friendly, asked us when would be a good time for him to come over.

I've stayed here a few times while visiting my father. This property can't be beat for location and convenience. The hosts are very helpful and responsive, and I've found it to be a great value as well.

We enjoyed the location, and since it had been awhile since my last visit to SSI we learned our way around quickly. We did not spend a lot of time there, but the kitchen seems to have everything one would need, the living area was comfortable and the TV was easy to operate. The beds were great and the bedrooms a comfortable size. We did not need the washer and dryer, but it was nice to have it. The bathroom is small, but very adequate. We wished we could have stayed twice the time we were able to stay! Communication was great, and we knew we were welcome. Fortunately, we didn’t need anything…..a great plus also! We love staying in a place where cleanliness is of the utmost importance, and hope to stay there again. Thank you.
