My friend and I stayed for the weekend and it was perfect. 2 minute walk to the beach. Plenty of good restaurants around and super cozy! Beautiful house and Island! Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a home away from home place to stay!

We enjoyed staying at Kyle's place. We loved being a few steps from two restaurants and less than a five minute walk to the beach. The street it is on can be a little busy at times; however, the patio is arranged in a way that makes it quiet and fairly private. Having amenities like beach chairs, bikes, frisby, football, etc. is really nice. I would stay at Kyle's again.

Perfect spot for our girls getaway. Easy and quick walk to beach right at The King and Prince. Host provides lots of great info pre-trip and was super responsive with request and recommendations. Had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again.

Great location and very peaceful accommodations. Really nice to have all of the comforts of home, including all the kitchenware and other household items available. We didn't need to reach out, but Kyle reached out to us proactively, which made us feel very comfortable, almost as if you were staying in a place of someone you knew. We will definitely return, and will absolutely stay here again.

We stayed only one night at Kyle’s place but felt right like at home.
Walkable distance to the beach, fully equipped kitchen and comfortable beds.
Host was responsive and allowed us to have slightly earlier check in.

We were on the tail end of a 2 week family vacation and needed a place to stop on a final push from the mid Atlantic to Florida. We usually opt for a overpriced off I 95 close to a Waffle House, Starbucks and fuel kind of place. I booked this home as a 2 night reward for a 10 hour drive and as a finale to our vacation.
I am so happy we did, this is by far the best property I have booked on airbnb. So clean, well laid out, tons of amenities and supplies. I felt like I was really a guest in a real home and not and IKEIA furnished student apartment slap dashed together with mom and dads old and unwanted items and utensils.
There was a binder and magazines with local maps, eateries, shopping and emergency information.
The beach house was appointed more like an upscale resort, maybe better.
We can’t wait to take our family back to St Simons and hopefully this property.

We had a wonderful time at Kyle's place. The location was amazing - just a short walk to a beautiful beach - we enjoyed our walks out there every morning. Also the proximity to the village was perfect. The accommodations were exactly as described and depicted. Kyle is a great communicator and his first interest was that we were satisfied and had everything we needed. Highly recommend staying here!

This bungalow was cozy, cute, clean and in an extremely great location! we will be back if and when available for us to revisit. I want to thank Kyle for having the place as well kept and clean as it was. getting in was no issue whatsoever! location location location! peaceful and you can walk around and do all sorts! shopping, eating, beach, parks, Pier, fishing! everything is there! thank you guys so much!

I really enjoyed this Bungalow. It’s right where you want to be on the island - in walking distance to great food like Fiddlers or the K&P resort.
It was extremely clean when I arrived, and everything was easy to manage (wifi, laundry, bathroom, etc). I was here for a work event, but this would be a great spot for a couple, a family, or another solo traveler like myself. Tons of space and, again, it is in a perfect spot.
The hosts were very quick to respond w any questions I had and run a tight ship.
It’s also priced incredibly well for what you’re getting.
10/10 highly recommend.

This is one of the better Airbnb’s we have stayed at over the years. This place is clean and attractive; the beds are comfortable; the location is excellent; and it is stocked with extras like bikes, beach chairs, batteries and extra TP (thank you!). It is such a pleasure to stay at a place where the host clearly cares and wants your stay to be enjoyable. Did I mention this place was very clean? We so appreciated the clean couches, floors and bathroom. I would absolutely stay here again!
